returns / exchanges



It is our goal to make sure you have the best experience when shopping at OAK Apparel + Home. 

So here is what you can do:



Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Saturday, and are closed on Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. OAK is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 


Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. Please note OAK is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carriers in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.


OAK is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package. 



Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the stamped date - if the item is in the original condition with OAK hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions. Refunds will be processed the same day the returned items are received. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. Please note, items purchased in store will not receive a refund, only store credit.

To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for your new item. 

All purchases made in store or online will be given a 14 day period from time of purchase to be exchanged for another item or given store/online credit if customer is unsatisfied with purchase. Please note Oak does not provide any refunds unless the item was purchased online. Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. 


Store credits will be issued within 1-2 days upon receipt of returned items..

  •  Store credit never expires.

  •  Store Credit can only be used in store or online at our website,

  •  Please treat Store Credit like cash  ( if lost or stolen we will not be held responsible and will not issue a    replacement )

  •  Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been      returned.

  •  Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of  payment for the remaining balance due.


All jewelry, skincare, intimates, swimwear and sale items ( including items purchased during promotional events) are final sale. Please note that OAK does not issue any price adjustments.
