It is our goal to make sure you have the best experience when shopping at OAK Apparel + Home.
So here is what you can do!
All purchases made in store or online will be given a 14 day period from time of purchase to be exchanged for another item or given store/online credit if customer is unsatisfied with purchase. Please note Oak does not provide any refunds.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
OAK does not issue refunds of any kind unless items ordered were defective upon receipt or out of stock at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
Any refunds will be processed the same day the returned items are checked into our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
Store credits will be issued within 2-3 days upon receipt of return or exchange.
Store credit never expires.
Store Credit can only be used in store or online at our website, www.shopoakonline.com
Please treat Store Credit like cash ( if lost or stolen we will not be held responsible and will not issue a replacement )
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All jewelry, skincare, intimates, swimwear and sale items ( including items purchased during promotional events) are final sale. Please note that OAK does not issue any price adjustments.
